✨ Acupuncture Workshop: Embracing the Metal Element ✨

Join Marielle from and Jenn Vieu for an evening of full-body acupuncture, individual Reiki healing, reflection, and discussion—a chance to reset, release, and restore your energy this autumn. 🍂

In Chinese Medicine, the Metal Element is the energy of the season. It’s tied to the Lungs and Large Intestine, teaching us to breathe deeply, let go of what no longer serves, and begin turning inward. When balanced, Metal brings clarity, inspiration, and a sense of lightness. When out of balance, we may feel sadness, grief, or stuck in old patterns.

This workshop is your invitation to honor the rhythm of the season, release what weighs you down, and create space for clarity and renewal.

Take a deep breath, and come home to yourself.
Join us for an evening designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect to your natural rhythm through gentle stretch, somatic movement, and trauma-informed breathwork.

You’ll leave feeling clear, grounded, and lighter, with simple tools you can use to regulate your nervous system long after class ends.

We’ll close with tea, optional sharing, and compassionate listening - an embodied exhale before the weekend.

🍂✨ One of my favorite things about fall is how naturally it lends itself to ritual. The season itself is a gentle invitation to slow down, release, and ground.

Rituals don’t have to be elaborate. They’re small acts of presence that tether us to what matters.

🍵 Warming teas that soothe the nervous system
🔥 Sitting by a firepit, practicing intentional quiet time
🕯 Evening candles that signal rest
📖 Journaling at dusk to let go of the day
🌲 Crisp walks that reconnect us to the earth
🌾 Creating an altar or seasonal centerpiece with leaves, pinecones, dried flowers

This gentle, restorative class is designed for every body. No experience needed. In a quiet, meditative space, you’ll be guided through mindful movement and supportive breathing practices that help release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom.

✨ Move softly.
✨ Nourish with breath.
✨ Come home to yourself.
