Join Katie for a gentle, restorative experience designed for all body shapes and experience levels. In this quiet, meditative space, you’ll be guided through mindful movements that help you connect deeply with your body, release tension, and cultivate inner calm. Through accessible stretches and supportive breathing techniques, you’ll learn to relax your mind, restore balance, and find a sense of peace and presence within yourself.
Friday 1/23/26 F*ck It Friday
Join Jenn for a guided release ritual for the weight we’ve been carrying—our anxiety, rage, grief, overwhelm, and the heaviness of living in a world that feels like too much. With a thoughtfully curated playlist, we move through intuitive, somatic, and expressive movement to let the body process what words can’t. This is a space where your body is allowed to exhale what it’s been holding. With intention, we light a tealight candle and burn our written words in a shared burn bowl, symbolically allowing what no longer serves us to dissolve. To anchor the release, we blow out the candle, taking it home charged with our intention—an ongoing reminder that we are allowed to let go, reclaim space in our bodies, and make room for steadiness, strength, and hope.
