Claflin Strength Academy is specifically designed to give young athletes the edge they need by focusing on core principles of strength and conditioning. Our program is engineered to deliver tangible results, directly translating to superior performance in their chosen sport.

1. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀: squat, bench press, and deadlift—essential movements for total-body strength and power.
2. 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 Introduction: clean and sn**ch will be introduced in a safe, progression-based manner. These explosive movements are unmatched for developing power, speed, and coordination.
3. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Our sessions go beyond lifting, incorporating work to improve strength and flexibility, agility, and endurance, ensuring a well-rounded athlete.
