I began teaching yoga three years ago. I participated in a 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Course in India in 2013, moved back to the NH seacoast where I taught in 2 different studios as well as hosted many outdoor classes. I moved to Northern California in 2014 to attend Ayurveda College where I have completed nearly all of the offered trainings in massage, energy work, and herbal remedies. I am currently finishing up my first internship through California College of Ayurveda to be an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and heal the mind and body through diet and lifestyle.
