A couple of announcements for December Wellness programming:

1) There will be no meditation sessions on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
2) There will be no ear acupuncture on Dec. 7th--the next session will be 12/21

The Warming Center welcomes donations and volunteers to help make a successful season. For those interested in helping out, training sessions will be held for volunteers in the coming weeks.

Have you checked out any of our Wellness Programming?

Don't forget, in addition to meetings we host weekly sessions of Meditation and Yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00p as well as Saturday mornings at 9:30a!

Additionally, our Art classes are at 11am on the first and third Saturdays of the month, (November is an exception--the next class is Nov. 22), and Ear Acupuncture is the first and third Sunday of the month from 3p-5p

Finally, we are still providing Zumba classes on Fridays in November from 4-5

Had a blast at the Rebels with a Cause: Power of Community Gala this past weekend! It was awesome to see so many organizations be recognized for the hard work they do for the people of NH.

Another huge thank you to Revo Casino and Social House for partnering with us back in September and their huge contribution to our cause!
