New Years Mini Renewal Retreat
Thursday January 1st Noon-3:30pm

The start of a new year is a powerful opportunity for closure and renewal. Transition into 2026 differently by giving yourself the gift of a warm, shared space where you can set a mindful intention: to be more compassionate with yourself this year and beyond.

In this mini retreat, you will experience self-compassion through community connection, gentle movement, meditation, and creative personal reflection. Rooted in Buddhist psychology, self-compassion is the practice of actively caring for yourself—offering yourself the same tenderness, kindness, and understanding that you naturally extend to others.

Bring a yoga mat, journal, writing utensil, and anything else you need to help yourself feel comfortable, soothed, and safe. Herbal tea from Misty Meadows will be served.
