Meeting your health care needs. We offer walk-in urgent care treatment as well as a Primary Care Practice. We treat sprains and strains, injuries, flu-like symptoms, skin disorders and rashes, coughs and colds, X-ray services, lacerations and suturing of minor wounds, employment, school, and sports physicals. D.O.T /FMCSA driver physicals (Certified Medical Examiner on site). Primary Care Practice offers treatment of all your primary care needs such as high blood pressure, diabetes (sugar issues), thyroid disorders, cholesterol disorders, annual physical exams, health maintenance, lab work, medical screenings.

We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome our new Coastal Kids team!

Their first official day is tomorrow, December 8th, and they’ve been joyfully preparing to meet their new families and begin caring for your little ones.

Yessica has daily availability for same-day sick visits, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re planning to establish care for your child at Coastal—or need to schedule a well visit—we’re here and happy to help.

We will be closing the office at 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, for Thanksgiving. Our Camden location (4601 S. Dupont Hwy,. Dover, DE 19901) will be open on Friday from 7:30am-5pm. Our Harrington location (16479 S. Dupont Hwy., Harrington, DE 19952) will reopen on Monday, December 1, 2025. We are so sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
