The HeART of Healthcare featured artist for today is Aubrey Gealsha! Her contemporary style ornaments use mixed media of ink and paint on wood! Aubrey is a graduate of Kent State University and works full time at Robert Meducal Uniforms as a graphic designer. She has her artwork on display/for sale at both Alley Cats Marketplace and the Tuscarawas Center for the Arts. Aubrey uses art not only for personal expression but as an emotional “ get away” when life gets stressful! Thank you Aubrey for your donation to our tree!!

Today is Giving Tuesday. Our Clinic has been blessed by the generosity of our community and continues to serve patients who are unable to afford insurance and would otherwise go without healthcare. As you plan to gift your family and loved ones this season, please consider making a donation to support the Tuscarawas Clinic for the Working Uninsured. Call our office at 330.364.1853 with any questions regarding how to donate. Thank you in advance for your consideration! Happy Holidays and many blessings!

Every day, we serve local patients with the help of local providers, hospital partners, and volunteers who believe that health care should never depend on a paycheck.

Your tax-deductible donation helps us continue providing essential services! From medical visits and prescription support to lab work and preventive screenings.

This Giving Tuesday, please consider supporting our mission! Together, we can make a real difference for those working to build healthier, more stable lives. Because when our neighbors thrive, our whole community grows stronger.

Healthy Holiday Choices Start Here!

As we prepare for Thanksgiving, it’s easy to let our healthy habits slide, but small choices can make a big difference!

Tips for a Healthier Holiday:

• Balance your plate: Fill half with veggies, a quarter with lean protein, and a quarter with carbs.
• Move a little more: A short walk after meals helps regulate blood sugar and boosts digestion.
• Stay hydrated: Water helps manage cravings and supports healthy metabolism.
• Get screened: If you’re at risk for diabetes or haven’t had a checkup recently, now’s the time!

A little planning goes a long way toward keeping your health goals on track this season. Your body will thank you!
