Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone… it’s Addison’s Gotcha Day!
This sweet girl has become such an important part of our Lighthouse family. She brings calm, comfort, and the softest snuggles to our patients and their loved ones.

We’re so grateful to have her on our team and in our hearts.

Our team loved decorating the Christmas tree with Meadowbrook Manor LaGrange! So many residents joined in to paint their own lighthouse ornaments, making the tree shine even brighter this year. 💙⛵️✨

Nothing brings people together like good food and good company. We had such a meaningful Thanksgiving lunch with our Meadowbrook Manor Naperville friends. Grateful for the smiles, the laughter, and the chance to share a little warmth this holiday season. These moments remind us why community matters!

Today we pause with full hearts. We’re thankful for the families who trust us, the patients who inspire us, and the community that surrounds our work with kindness. This season of giving reminds us that compassion is the greatest gift of all. Wishing you a peaceful and love-filled Thanksgiving.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Yesterday our team spent the day serving a free Thanksgiving dinner and sharing coats and clothing with neighbors who needed a little extra warmth this season. More than 60 people came through, and the room was full of kindness, laughter, and some seriously good food.

Huge shoutout to our incredible volunteers who showed up with open hearts and ready hands. From cooking and packing to sorting and serving, you made the day feel special for every single guest.

And thank you to everyone in the community who continues to support Lighthouse Hospice. Moments like this remind us how much it matters to look out for one another, especially our older adults and those who may feel overlooked.

Together, we’re building connection, comfort, and care right here at home.
