Join us for “Ease & Flow: Yoga for Pain Relief,” a soothing 2-hour workshop designed to help individuals find relief from pain and tension through gentle, mindful movement. The class will also focus on teaching alignment and techniques to support joint health, including the SI joint, so you can move with greater ease during yoga and everyday activities.
