Important information for our community: Beware of scams!

Over the past several weeks, we have received reports of a fraud scheme targeting Mandarin-speaking community members. The scheme involves fraud actors spoofing Molina Healthcare phone numbers to initiate calls to obtain the victims’ passport and banking information. During the calls, victims are falsely informed of their involvement in suspicious health care claims stemming from services rendered in China.

Remember: Molina Healthcare representatives will never ask for your passport or banking information.
