We're not your average Physical Therapy clinic. At Core1, we're all about helping athletes get back in the game fast. Our sessions are designed to boost performance, like our recent plyometric and agility training. We wrapped things up with some intense velocity-based training - think explosive quarter squats to get those muscles firing on all cylinders!

Don’t avoid movements that are uncomfortable. Learn to improve those positions by taking a little time each week doing mobility and corrective exercises. The more you explore those positions- the less comfortable they will get.
