Secondary rhinoplasty result 🤍

This 53 year old patient came to us after a previous rhinoplasty performed elsewhere and wanted a narrower nose with more tip definition. Using Crisalix 3D imaging, we carefully planned her revision to refine the nasal bones and create a natural supratip break.

Her open secondary rhinoplasty was performed in our accredited operating room in Downers Grove, where the nasal bones were narrowed, the dorsum was reduced, and the tip was refined for improved balance and definition. The procedure went smoothly and achieved a more harmonious profile.

Six months post brachioplasty ✨

This 32 year old patient is shown from a posterior view six months after bilateral arm lift surgery. After a 75 lb weight loss, she was left with excess skin that affected the contour of her arms. Brachioplasty helped create a smoother, more defined arm shape.

While arm lift surgery does involve a scar, it is placed along the inside of the arm and is not visible when the arms are at the sides. This procedure is often about balancing contour improvement with thoughtful scar placement for natural looking results.

A beautiful June transformation. This patient came to Dr. Paresi for a Breast Augmentation and had her procedure done right here in our accredited office based operating room in Downers Grove. She received bilateral 415 cc silicone implants placed under the muscle using an inframammary incision. Exparel was used during surgery to help keep her comfortable during recovery.

She’s thrilled with her results and shared that she feels more confident and more like herself again. We’re so grateful she trusted our team with her care. 💙
