As we move into Days 7–12 of Spinal Calm, we’re building on the foundation you’ve already started. These next days invite you to go a little deeper—strengthening the habits that support your nervous system, protect your spine, and help you stay centered even when life gets busy.
This phase is about integration. Taking what you’ve practiced, letting it settle in, and noticing how small, consistent choices can create big shifts in how your body feels and how you move through your day.
