This patient is in her early 30s. She presented to our office for a mommy makeover. She has three children, one via c-section. She had an overhang of abdominal skin that was not comfortable wearing jeans. She was also concerned about the size of her breasts and how they sagged. She was a 36DDD prior to surgery. She was an excellent candidate for abdominoplasty with circumferential liposuction and bilateral breast reduction/lift. Her post-op photos were taken four months after surgery.

This patient is in her late teens. She presented in our office for a breast reduction. She was complaining of chronic back, shoulder, and neck pain. She was having difficulty sleeping due to the pain. The weight of her breasts was causing her to have poor posture. She had developed shoulder grooving from her shoulder straps. She was occasionally developing rashes in her breast folds. She was a great candidate for surgery. She had about 7.5lbs removed in total from her breasts. Her postop photos were taken seven months after surgery.
