This patient is in her late 30s. She presented to our office interested in a mommy makeover. She had two c-sections with both her pregnancies. She was a great candidate for surgery. We discussed bilateral mastopexy (breast lift)/augmentation with silicone implants and abdominoplasty with circumferential liposuction of trunk. She had 2.35 L of fat that was removed. She had Mentor MemoryGel smooth round moderate plus profile breast implants were placed during surgery. Her post-op photos were taken 6 months after surgery.

This patient is in her mid-30s. She presented to our office inquiring about a breast augmentation. She had been thinking about an augmentation for many years. She wore an A cup prior to surgery and was looking for more of a C cup. She had smooth round gel implants 405cc placed during surgery. She is very happy with her results. This patient is in her early 50s. She presented to our office for an abdominal pannus and body contouring. She had lost 206lbs! She was experiencing symptoms from excess skin hanging and her clothes were not fitting. She was a great candidate for a panniculectomy and circumferential body lift (this included an inverted T abdominoplasty, buttock lift and outer thigh lift).
