How you start your morning sets the tone for your entire body.
After hours of sleep, your joints and muscles are naturally stiff. Jumping straight into sitting, driving, or scrolling can lock that stiffness in and show up later as poor posture, tightness, or low energy.
A quick 2 minute stretch routine helps wake up your muscles, improve circulation, and remind your body how to move well. It does not have to be intense to be effective. Gentle movement first thing in the morning can support better posture, reduce daily aches, and help you feel more alert as the day begins.
Think of it as brushing your teeth for your joints.
