There are days when Enrique’s absence feels especially heavy in our hearts — and today is one of those days.

Enrique had a rare gift: he made every patient feel like they were the only person in the room, and every coworker feel valued, seen, and appreciated. His kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit left an imprint on all of us that time simply doesn’t erase.

Though it’s been two years, we still feel his presence in the way we care for our patients and in the laughter and compassion he brought to our team every single day. We miss him deeply, and we carry his memory with love and gratitude.
