Our practice provides one-to-one nutrition counseling, weight management programs, sports nutrition, counseling for disordered and emotional eating including a school-based Intensive outpatient eating disorder program, sports nutrition, thyroid health, GI gut health support, cardiovascular disease, and consultant services for employer based weight management and wellness programs, and family-based nutrition services. Most insurances accepted. Keystone and Personal Choice holders have no co-pay and six free visits a year. Medicare, United, Cigna, Highmark, Independence Administrators, Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Sliding scale fees available based on eligibility. Non-profit packages available for employer based and community outreach programs. We believe health is right and health services should be affordable!

🦃Thanksgiving is just two days away! Don't stress about deprivation—let's talk strategy for a balanced plate that supports healthy blood sugar.

The simple rule for your main meal:

🥗Fill Half with Non-Starchy Veggies: Think roasted Brussels sprouts, green beans (skip the casserole), or a fresh salad. Fiber first! Tip bring a side dish of veggies if you aren't hosting to make sure you get your fiber in!

🍗Fill One-Quarter with Lean Protein: Hello, delicious turkey (white meat, skin off)! Protein helps slow digestion and keeps you full.

🍠Fill One-Quarter with Your Favorite Carb: This is where you choose your must-have—stuffing, mashed potatoes, or sweet potato. Portion is power! Or double up on the veggies and have dessert as your carb!
