Convenient locations based in Kennett Square and Downingtown from Chadds Ford, Glen Mills, Delaware, southern Chester County, West Chester, Exton, Malvern and mainline area. What We Do
Our practice provides one-to-one nutrition counseling, weight management programs, sports nutrition, counseling for disordered and emotional eating including a school-based Intensive outpatient eating disorder program, sports nutrition, thyroid health, GI gut health support, cardiovascular disease, and consultant services for employer based weight management and wellness programs, and family-based nutrition services. Most insurances accepted. Keystone and Personal Choice holders have no co-pay and six free visits a year. Medicare, United, Cigna, Highmark, Independence Administrators, Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Sliding scale fees available based on eligibility. Non-profit packages available for employer based and community outreach programs. We believe health is right and health services should be affordable!

🥳 Celebrating 1 Year at the Gym! 🧖‍♀️

It’s officially my one-year anniversary at the gym! After COVID I started working out from home in the morning, but wasn’t getting enough cardio and needed heavier weights. To be honest, it’s a pretty basic spot, but what initially got me in the door and built my routine was the sauna (I am not a fan of anything under 60 degrees😂)! Then a few of my friends started to go (and are doing amazing because they are doing the work are putting in-so proud of you!).

I realized that consistency—even if it starts with a simple goal—is everything.
Building a routine is tough, and many of us struggle to find a fitness rhythm that truly sticks. But sticking to it is exactly how you achieve big goals!

That’s why I’m so excited for our 12 Week program to start in January! 🚀
