Join us for a nourishing and insightful exploration of your unique Ayurvedic constitution (Dosha). In this spring-centered workshop, we’ll complete a personalized constitution exercise to help you better understand your mind-body tendencies and how they shift with the seasons.
Together, we’ll explore how spring’s Kapha energy — cool, damp, and heavy — can show up in the body and how to gently soothe and balance these elements through yoga, breathwork, and simple daily rituals. The workshop will include a yoga session specifically designed to balance Kapha dosha, supporting lightness, circulation, and renewed vitality.
You’ll also receive guidance on seasonal eating, including how incorporating more living foods can help awaken digestion, increase energy, and begin preparing the body for spring.
