After ten years of "successful" self employment, I have everything to be grateful for.
I often think about "where" does it go from here, and with that, thoughts of how I got to this point also come into play.
I fell into a career that is very "niche" oriented, and for that, I am very thankful. Surgimex also has a lot of dedicated "followers", if you will. Clients ask, and I do. Simple as that.
Success is a team sport.

Interesting find.
In the series of pictures is a float switch for water level control inside an instrument washer and housing cover for this float switch.
This particular machine alarmed "sump too long in fill" and the operator shut down washer and placed service call. Troubleshooting the problem was not difficult, but the cause for the alarm was curious.
In the pictures you will see some sort of "build up" on the float bulb and inside float housing. This "build up" was causing float to stick in place; when water level is correct, (float has magnetic sensor that is read) and water "fill" valve closes.
The gummy, sticky residue was cleaned off and float switch and housing installed. A test of functions proved successful and instrument washer turned back over to elated staff members.
