Treat yourself the same as you would treat someone you love unconditionally!

There’s almost no one we treat as badly as we do to ourselves. Therefore, it’s important to care about ourselves before we care about others. This isn’t a selfish act.

If we’re continually judging and criticising ourselves while trying to be kind to others, we’re drawing artificial boundaries and distinctions that may actually lead to feelings of separation and isolation, instead of oneness and interconnection.
