💆‍♀️ Our social media manager, Anya, got a much-needed tune-up! 💥

💪 Tried & True Shoulder Stability Exercises from Our InstaCare PTs 💪
Healthy shoulders need strength, control, and stability — not just mobility. Here are 3 of our go-to movements to build a rock-solid shoulder complex and protect you from pain and injury:



1️⃣ Plank Saw
👉 Cues: Push the floor away, ribs down, slow & controlled rock forward and back
🧠 Muscles: Serratus anterior, rotator cuff, core stabilizers
🔥 Why: Teaches the shoulder to stabilize while the body moves — great for overhead athletes and lifters

2️⃣ Banded Plank 3-Point Taps
👉 Cues: Wide feet for stability, minimal hip sway, tap light and controlled
🧠 Muscles: Serratus anterior, rotator cuff, obliques
🔥 Why: Trains anti-rotation strength — crucial for shoulder control during pushing, pulling, and pressing

3️⃣ Overhead Carry
👉 Cues: Punch the sky, shoulder down & back, ribs stacked over hips
🧠 Muscles: Upper traps, rotator cuff, scap stabilizers, core
🔥 Why: Builds endurance and stability for any overhead movement — from sports to daily life
