IMPORTANT CMS UPDATE: CTP Reimbursement Rate Corrected

CMS released a correction to the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule that wound care providers need to know.

The per-square-centimeter rate for cellular and tissue-based products (CTPs) has been corrected to $127.14 — now matching both the physician fee schedule AND the outpatient prospective payment system.
Key Points:
✓ Applies to ALL covered CTP brands for skin wounds
✓ Physician rates ARE geographically adjusted
