TSCC is now offering a Postpartum Support Group

Beginning Date: March 10th, 2025

Lead by Casey Carle, MSS, LCSW, C-DBT; this group aims to support postpartum parents with navigating the challenges of life with an infant. With a focus on addressing postpartum anxiety and depression, the group will review healthy coping skills to help parents in managing postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression symptoms. The goal of this group is to create a positive, supportive, and open environment for parents who are up to one year post delivery. Parents are welcome to bring their infants. The group meets every other Monday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM in the TSCC office and can be facilitated via Zoom if needed.

Cost: $20 per person per group session
