We will be creating a safe container to practice beginner level contact Improv. creative and spontaneous elements of improvisation with a focused approach to learning technique that can easily be translated on the dance floor with others.

Find your freedom to express movement through your skeleton and through sharing contact with others. We'll work on proximity, weight sharing, pushing, pulling, and changing levels as forms of musical expression.

🌟Special Guest DJ MAGI aka Malacai Kenji

The intention behind this set is to create a loving and healing vibrational container to connect to the inner and outer divine essence of ourselves. Emphasis will be on a sexy soulful journey through music!

MAGI has been a DJ for 21 years, and a multi instrumentalist (Keyboard, Trumpet, Bass guitar) musician since the age of 6. Originally from near Sacramento, CA, he started on vinyl during the rave days, playing House, Breaks, and Electro everywhere from underground warehouse parties to larger outdoor free renegades and Burning Man in 2009 & 2011. Having moved to Colorado in 2012, Malacai is now a resident DJ at Nitro Club in Boulder, has embraced digital DJing using Serato, and has expanded his genres to include almost everything: Tribal dance, bass heavy remixes, glitch & hip hop, trip hop and downtempo, and specially curated ecstatic dance sets that tell a soulful story!

Alkemizer: nomad traveler from Iraq took place in Colorado and called it home. Alkemizer music influence came from world music and native instruments mixed with modern music in new twist by transforming and alkmzing elements of song to new way that represent his travel and reflections throw out music.
I believe the whole idea to play music is to make people feel through the sound of his journey.

With over a decade as a weekly dancer immersed in 5 Rhythms, he has mastered the delicate choreography of collective arousal—understanding that true ecstacy requires patience, buildup, and the exquisite timing of crescendo and release. His sets are a study in ta***ic flow: beginning with whispered invitations that draw dancers into their bodies, then building through undulating waves of world bass, tribal, trap, organica, ethno house, dub and soul. His sets dissolve mental boundaries, creating an energetic container where dancers become the state of flow and ecstasy reveals as our original state, re-membered through the temple of our bodies.
