Our bodies are the teacher, innately guiding us to the intimate connections we seek🌹

Join us for this introductory couples somatic workshop, where you and your partner(s) will learn and practice tools for regulating your nervous system, supporting one another in an embodied way, and finding more moments of blissful intimacy. This workshop will include a body-focused meditation, somatic learning with partner(s), and somatic touch work for greater connection and nervous system regulation. This workshop will be led by Somatic Therapist, Caleb Tipple, MA, LPCC, SEP.

✨🤝CARE IN ACTION🤝✨
AYA fam, it’s time to come together again.
In yoga, care isn’t passive. Practices like ahimsa and seva remind us that compassion is something we do –together, in real time.

Right now, families in our city are facing immediate financial strain due to the ongoing 🧊situation, with many unable to work or meet basic needs. These are our neighbors, our community– and this moment asks us not to turn away, and to show up with presence, responsibility, and care.

We’re responding the way we know how: through collective action rooted in humanity. Through our Care in Action campaign, funds raised will go directly to families to support essentials like groceries, rent, and utilities.

Direct care is being led by our friend Elza Sanchez of , with mutual aid efforts also supported by our friends .

This series breaks down essential poses and transitions you’ll encounter in nearly every practice, with thoughtful adaptations offered throughout so you can meet yourself honestly. Let’s talk about ahimsa

With so much unfolding around us,
we feel it in our bodies:
tight jaws, guarded hearts, nervous systems on edge.

Ahimsa asks us to honor our responses and tend to one another.

Rather than look away when harm is happening, ahimsa asks us to stay present. To listen deeply. To speak when needed. To make the choice day after day to focus on care that protects life and dignity.

In this moment we’re reminded why this space exists
- to be present with what’s real, and to tend to ourselves so that we can care for one another.

Ahimsa asks us to soften into our inner strength and hold space for the changing tides.

This is our practice—
on the mat, in our communities,
and in how we show up for one another.

The practice is to not turn away.
From ourselves. From one another.

This is yoga.
