This past weekend was a blast! Our Medical Cookie Monster trunk brought smiles, laughs, and way too much sugar. 🤭
As a mom of two wild and wonderful boys, I built Unique Health Now to show families that visiting the doctor doesn’t have to be scary — it can actually be fun and empowering. 💪🏾✨

A balanced diet. Consistent movement. And yes — a traditional sauna. 🔥
Personally, I use the sauna for 20–30 minutes a day to support cardiovascular health, circulation, and recovery. It’s one of the best traditional tools to help the body reset — proof that sometimes, the classics still work best.
