We started the year off incredibly strong with our Yoga Challenge. My goal for us this year is to run consistent challenges, not just to keep you busy, but to actively support your learning, deepen your practice, and help you reach real, tangible goals.
Now, it is time for the next phase. We are officially kicking off our Pilates Challenge!
I want to share a bit of my own journey. I am currently 75% of the way through my comprehensive Pilates training (I start the apparatus aspect next weekend!). The past year immersed in this practice has been nothing short of amazing. I feel profound changes in my own body, a major evolution in my teaching style, and most importantly, I am seeing undeniable changes in you, my students.
As I dive deeper into this work, the root of our physical struggles becomes so clear. Let's be real: so many of us are walking around with a nagging lower back ache, carrying tension in our necks, or feeling completely disconnected from our core. You can run miles or do a hundred crunches, but if you do not understand how to engage your powerhouse, you are just building on a shaky foundation.
Pilates changes that. It teaches you how to move from the inside out so you can finally live pain-free.
