We have worked with well over 10,000 people last year. We currently have 27+ FREE or discounted monthly classes and workshops through Palm Beach, Broward, & Miami-Dade. We have been expanding team as we expand our reach. Our community is growing and we want to continue to create safe space for them to be well and connect.

On adulting....What things did you take for granted when you were young or appreciate now? I'll go first....
Billsss i remember wanting to have bills so I could pay them. As a child I thought it was the coolest thing and felt like it would be such an accomplishment...now (I am literally shaking my head) on what planet did that make sense. As for what I appreciate all things that end by 9 p.m. for example day parties...matinee movies...you get my drift.
