As much as I get frustrated and throw what Natalie Southgate refers to as "spiritual tantrums" 🙄😒🤬, I really do appreciate the constant opportunities to see where I'm at in my healing.

I've longed to be more patient, more trusting, more calm, more kind to myself. When you ask, God/The Universe always delivers, 💯% of the time.

This is my chance to practice embodying these qualities. Truly, unless I want to make myself crazy and more sick, I have no choice right now but to be patient, to be trusting, to be calm, to be more kind to myself.

Choosing to do it joyfully and with reverence for the wisdom of my body? That is true empowerment

Flexibility in your sessions
