It was great to welcome members of our Optage team to Lexington Landing today!

Optage is the home and community services division of Presbyterian Homes & Services, and many of the team members who visited today work behind the scenes in the back office. Today gave them the opportunity to step out into one of the communities they support and see firsthand what daily life looks like here.

With the help of our wonderful resident volunteers, they toured the community, met residents, and were able to connect the work they do every day to the people and places it supports. It was a meaningful way to bring everything full circle!

We appreciate our Optage partners and are so glad they came to visit Lexington Landing!

We are excited to share that Saida has been named Lexington Landing’s 2025 Employee of the Year!

Saida has been part of the Lexington Landing family for 5 years and serves as one of our wonderful Resident Assistants. She brings kindness, compassion, and a warm smile to every interaction. Saida is there for residents through it all, the smiles and celebrations, and the more difficult moments too. Her caring heart and dedication make a difference in the lives of so many each day.

We are so lucky to work with her and serve alongside her. Saida is truly loved by residents, families, and team members alike. Congratulations, Saida, and thank you for all you do for our Lexington Landing community! 💙

La Bella Notte gourmet dinner was a delicious success! Some of the highlights were shrimp arancini, tagliata steak, good company, beautiful decor and of course…Tiramisu for dessert! Thank you to the life enrichment and culinary teams for a beautiful evening 🇮🇹🍷🍰✨

Congratulations to Saida, Resident Assistant, on being named our January Employee of the Month!

Saida is known for her sense of humor and compassion. Her coworkers know that they can always depend on her. Saida treats everyone as if they were her own family- the love and care that she shows is unmatched. Her coworkers say that if they're working a shift with Saida, they know it's going to be a good day!
