A Journey of Self-Discovery
Workshop with

In this workshop, we will delve into the Panchakośa, or the Five Koshas, from the ancient Taittirīya Upaniṣad, which describes the five "sheaths" or "layers" of human existence that veil Ātman (the true self). These sheaths—Annamaya (Physical), Prāṇamaya (Vital Energy), Manomaya (Mental), Vijñānamaya (Wisdom), and Ānandamaya (Bliss)—serve as a map for the journey of self-discovery.

As we navigate each sheath, we will explore yoga techniques—Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, Mantra, and Meditation—to enhance your overall well-being, expand your self-awareness, and experience deeper fulfillment in your life.

Join us for this transformative workshop as we uncover these layers and reveal the radiant self within. This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

This Workshop is eligible for four (4) Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Hours.
