Ever wondered what a day in the life looks like when your job is keeping Glow365 running like absolute silk? Hi, I’m Jamison — Glow's Practice Manager and official chaos coordinator (the fun kind).
6:45 AM Alarm goes off. First thought: “Did we remember to order more (Plated) serums?” Second thought: coffee. Third thought: let’s make today flawless.
7:30 AM Arrive at the clinic before the sun fully commits. Lights on, playlist curated (today it’s T Swift with a side of early 2000s throwbacks for the Glow girlies), and the espresso machine is already calling my name.
8:00 AM Morning huddle with the dream team. We celebrate yesterday’s wins, and map out how we’re going to spoil every single client walking through the door today.
9:00 AM – Noon The beautiful whirlwind: confirming VIP schedules, touching base with Jill on new treatment protocols, sneaking in a quick skincare fridge restock (because running out of hyaluronic acid is a crime), and greeting clients like they’re the only appointment of the day — because to us, they are.
Noon-ish Quick lunch at my desk while testing a new exfoliating mask (strictly for research purposes, obviously)
Afternoon Magic Helping a nervous first-timer feel instantly at home, troubleshooting a laser that decided to have opinions, high-fiving the front desk when we hit our smoothest flow ever, and slipping little love notes into treatment rooms (“You’re glowing already — just wait until we’re done with you”).
5:00 PM Final walk-through: rooms pristine, schedule locked for tomorrow, team hydrated and happy. Lights dim, door locked, one last twirl in the mirror because yes, the new Glow365 merch is that cute.
And that’s a wrap — until tomorrow, when we do it all again, only better.
