We’re a cozy little healing space in downtown Wilmington, created with care for parents, caregivers, birth workers, and anyone going through a season of healing or change.We offer herbal consultations, seasonal support, and ways to reconnect with yourself and your body. Whether you’re coming in to receive care or to hold space for others, you’re welcome here.The studio has two rooms on the second floor of a historic building:🌿 A warm welcome room with comfy seating for adults and kids, plus our curated Tend & Mend shop🌿 A healing room set up with cushions, a massage table, and flexible space for private sessions or small groups🌿 Just across the hall, there’s a shared kitchenette and two restroomsYou can rent the space for your own offerings—just the welcome room or the full studio. It’s perfect for intimate gatherings, solo practice, or cozy circles (up to 16 people max).📍 Downtown Wilmington🚶🏽‍♀️ 2nd floor walk-up
