Liberty Pointe Rehab Success Story! 🌟

After multiple hospitalizations for pneumonia, Mr. I. came to Liberty Pointe with significant weakness, balance challenges, and limited mobility. Through dedicated physical and occupational therapy five days a week, he regained strength, improved balance, and achieved his self-care and mobility goals. He is now safely back home with his family, living stronger and more independent!
