This weekend, take some time to savor the true luxuries in life 💕

The Real Luxuries in Life 🌿
1. A good night’s sleep – Because nothing heals like rest. 😌

2. Slow mornings – Savoring the quiet before the world rushes in. 🌅

3. Freedom to choose – The power to decide your own path is priceless. 🛤️

4. Time for fun and play – Joy isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. 🎈

5. Listening to birds singing – Nature whispers happiness to those who pause. 🐦

6. Long walks – A moving meditation for body, mind, and soul. 🚶‍♀️🌳

7. A good book – Escaping reality to expand your inner universe. 📖✨

8. Favorite home-cooked meal – Comfort served on a plate, straight to your heart. 🍲💛

9. Colorful sunsets – Proof that beauty exists even in endings. 🌇

10. Ability to freely express yourself – Being unapologetically YOU is priceless. 🗣️

11. A good nap – Small pauses, big recharge. 😴

12. A good conversation – Soulful connections that money can’t buy. 💫

💡Takeaway: True luxury isn’t about what you own… it’s about what you experience, cherish, and feel.

❤️

Thanks Steve. Thanks Blue.
You’ve got this :)

I love nostalgia and I have a feeling many of you do too. And I’ve thought a lot about what it is that makes me want to go back to past memories so much. I’ve realized that it’s the feelings we want to return to. The feeling of safety or comfort. The feeling that we could do anything. Be anything. The feeling that the world seemed simple. Be kind, do good, and all will work out. Good always wins. There is nothing too hard to conquer.
And while the reality of adult life is also true, we need those messages from childhood more than ever. I think we somehow need them even more as we get older.
You can do it. You’ve got this. And when it’s hard, give yourself a pat on the back and a hug. Remind yourself that there is good in you and around you. That even though dark and heavy things are in the world, we can be part of bringing light and goodness to those around us.

Love this! Do you have a hard time saying no? Do you flake on your friends instead of explaining why you don't want to socialize? Or worse end up in situations where you wish you had stayed home? No is a full sentence. But, if it's hard for you to use it, here are some helpful scripts to help you say no!

Saying “no” doesn’t make you rude, selfish, or a bad friend.

It just means you’re a human with limits, and that’s completely OK.

Whether you’re tired, peopled-out, or just don’t want to go, you're allowed to say no.

No is a complete sentence, but here are a few gentle scripts to help take the edge off, especially when your brain wants to people-please, but your body is begging for rest.

Make sure you save for later ❤️
