Also known as Corey Happel, Yoga Bro's spiritual awakening began, in earnest, in Feb of 2019 when he returned from Baja Mexico following a month long Yoga Teacher Training at Yandara Yoga Institute. The intensity of the immersion style training resulted in a change in his foundational perceptions of life and the birth of Yoga Bro, who he identifies with as his Higher Self. Since then Yoga Bro has provided low cost, private yoga training for individuals in the Bucks County area who want to explore and benefit from the ancient technology that we now call yoga, all in the privacy of their home (vs. He finds that, by giving his entire attention to an individual, he able to tailor every session to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the client. He is Reiki Master at The Salt Cave in Doylestown and Newtown, PA and also offers lower cost Reiki and Access Bars Sessions in his home studio. In order to enhance and amplify the healing of his clients, Yoga Bro maintains the mentality of the eternal student of the healing arts. He is now credentialed in the ancient yogic healing technologies of Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra and Kundalini Yoga. Certifications:

Something powerful started this week. Our first Kundalini Yoga class at Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary New Britain officially launched, and the energy in the room was incredible! We’ll be gathering every Monday morning at 7:45am to move, breathe, chant, meditate, and align the energetic body through the transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga.

Often called the “yoga of transformation” and the “expressway of yoga,” Kundalini blends postures, breathwork, mantra, meditation, mudras, body locks, and gong to awaken the powerful life force energy within us. Each class begins with foundational techniques and mantras so everyone can practice confidently, whether you’re brand new or returning to deepen your experience.

Handouts are provided for class and home practice, and all exercises can be modified to support most physical conditions. Props are available at the studio.

Running from the brainstem down to the gut, the vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body and a key player in your parasympathetic nervous system. It influences everything from heart rate and digestion to immune response and emotional regulation.

Many of our modalities at YogaBro, including fascia release, sound therapy and Kundalini yoga are designed to stimulate and tone the vagus nerve. This gentle activation helps shift the body out of chronic stress (sympathetic mode) and into a state of deep rest, repair, and emotional balance.
