Seasonal stress is more common than you think. According to the American Psychological Association, nearly 9 out of 10 Americans (89%) experience added stress during the holiday season. If you are feeling down, depressed, or hopeless during this time of year, you are not alone.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, call 988 (988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline). Bucks County residents who call 988 are connected to local support through Lenape Valley Foundation, an organization we are proud to collaborate with here at Bucks County 911.
