Well… Mother Gaia just went from “quiet meditation retreat” to “hold my crystals, watch this.” 🌍⚡

Look at that spike.

After weeks of things being relatively calm…
BOOM.

The Schumann chart just lit up like a cosmic Christmas tree. 🎄

If you suddenly feel:

• pressure in the head
• waves of fatigue or wired energy
• emotional sensitivity turned up to 11
• random body flares
• or that weird “something is moving through the field” feeling

…yeah. That’s not just you.

Empaths tend to feel these energetic waves before the collective even notices them.

Sometimes it passes quickly.
Sometimes the body needs a minute to recalibrate.

ABOUT MBSR: The program was developed in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, at UMass
Memorial Medical Center. It is considered an evidence-based program, supported
by 40+ years of research, and teaches participants to cultivate present-moment
awareness through systematic training in mindfulness practices.
Core practices include mindfulness of breath and body, body
scan meditation, sitting meditation to work skillfully with thoughts and
emotions, mindful movement (gentle hatha yoga), and walking meditation.
Participants learn informal mindfulness to integrate into daily activities such as eating,
communication, and responding to stress.

BENEFITS: Research Studies have shown that participation in MBSR can support
improvements in:
# Anxiety, Sleep problems, Depressive symptoms, Chronic pain and pain-related
distress
# Perceived stress, Emotional reactivity, supporting greater resilience in daily life
# Improves digestive problems, High blood pressure

WHO CAN JOIN: Open to all adults. No prior meditation or yoga experience is required

WHAT TO EXPECT: 8 WEEKLY live Sessions (2.5 hour each) + 1 All-day Retreat (on a
weekend). Participants receive educational material and multiple recordings of
guided practices.

Choosing peace is not about ignoring what hurts or pretending everything is fine, it’s a quiet, but powerful decision to stop feeding the chaos within.

Each time you soften your breath instead of reacting, each time you pause before spiraling 🌀 into fear, you are realigning your energy with balance.
Let Reiki 💫 reminds us that peace already lives in the body & its natural calibration will try to find that healthy balance from within.
It’s found in the spaces between thoughts, 💭 in the slowing of the heartbeat, 💓 in the moments we allow tension to melt instead of tightening around it. 🙌🏻💖
