Starting February 3, Alexis will be weaving the wisdom of the and into her dharma talks in all of her regularly scheduled Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning classes. Over the course of 10 weeks, each class will explore one of these foundational teachings of , offering simple, practical ways to bring them off the mat and into daily life. This is a beautiful opportunity to deepen your practice, reconnect with the heart of yoga, and let gently guide your movement, , and intention. Starting February 2, settle into a steady rhythm of practice with a new evening lineup designed to meet you exactly where you are. Move and build strength on Mondays with All Levels with Michelle, slow things down and unwind on Tuesdays in Gentle Yoga with Joe, and melt into deep release on Wednesdays with with Eileen. Each class runs from 6–7 PM and can be joined in-studio or online, making it easy to stay connected, consistent, and supported all week long. Register on our website!
