So many heavy things are healing in our world right now. Things that can be confusing and deeply upsetting.

We aren't meant to watch Ava listen to all of this and pretend we are okay.

MTHFR (mother/father)

Brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline issues can be result of methylation.

People with MTHFR polymorphisms can't covert folic acid to folate, an essential nutrient for the brain. This can leave the brain undernourished and under resourced.

People with this variant may require a methylated b vitamin to help their brain function optimally and support healthy cognition.

Comment b and I'll share my favorite methylated b vitamin with you.

Each brain is unique and therefore require individualized protocols.

Most peregrines believe in one size fits all approach but what works for me doesn't work for others.

It's important to work with a practitioner who understands this.

Love. El ooo vee eeeeeee

What is love? It’s an intense feeling of deep affection, a variety of strong and positive emotional and mental states.

How often do you hug yourself or look into your own eyes, do you take an internal glance and tell yourself “I love you”? You are so deserving of your love and affection.

I remember being in a psychology class in 2009 and one of the students made a silly comment, giggled and said, “I love me!” This phrase has stuck in my head and daily I ask, how I am cultivating more love for myself? I show myself love by allowing myself to be me, by exposing myself to higher vibrations through music, yoga, dance, nature, friends, food, water, etc. Oh and taking an hour every morning for me. An hour to practice my meditation and give gratitude for my life and all the blessings I have received.

One of my favorite quotes by Buddha says, “You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection.”

I want to love you and treat you right... Are words I sing to myself.

How do you cultivate love for yourself?

Drinking filtered water when you wake up can help rehydrate your body after hours without fluids.

It kick-starts your metabolism, helps flush out toxins, and can even gently wake up your digestive system. Plus, a hydrated brain works better.
It’s a simple, refreshing way to start your day.

Ruminating thoughts, or having a hard time sitting still? This may be a neurotransmitter imbalance.
