Based just outside New Orleans, Adi joins CenExel with nearly two years of experience working within a clinical research site network. She brings curiosity, dedication, and a passion for supporting sponsors and CROs in moving their programs forward.

Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling or spending time with her 9-month-old son—who keeps her on her toes!

Last week at CenExel Decatur, a patient walked in with one request: “I need to thank Sarina.”

A year ago, he screened for another study but didn’t qualify. Sarina Desai, Nurse Practitioner, explained why and urged him - gently but firmly - to follow up with his doctor. He was upset, but he listened. That appointment led to an immediate hospital admission and a lengthy stay… and ultimately saved his life.

He returned last week in tears to tell Sarina exactly that.

Cindi brings more than a decade of experience leading patient recruitment at the site, regional, and network level—experience that gives her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on how recruitment and operations must work hand-in-hand to achieve enrollment success.

With a BA in Journalism from Abilene Christian University, Cindi blends marketing and communications expertise with her deep understanding of clinical research to address complex enrollment challenges and deliver measurable results.
