* Zena is brand new to Keto Chow and wants to know if almond milk can be used instead of heavy cream
* Anissa wants to do some of the savory flavors of Keto Chow (chicken, beef, etc). There were a lot of great suggestions for the savory flavors (add salt, add meat, etc…)
* Sonya is jumping on the cottage cheese craze! =) “If a recipe calls for cream cheese can you use blended cottage cheese instead to up the protein?”
