Happy National Doctor's Day! To show our appreciation for all that our physicians do, we turned one day of celebrations into an entire week. Today is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day! A dietitian is a medically trained professional that adjusts an individual's diet based on medical conditions, body make up, blood type or contributing factors affecting the nutrition a patient receives.

Here at Lone Peak Hospital, our dietitians are involved in every aspect of the education and training given to patients about their diets. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of our hospital dietitians!
