At PDK, leadership isn’t defined by titles. It’s defined by impact.

Each week, we’ll be shining the spotlight on a different member of the team and this week, we’d like to introduce our Supply Chain Director, Brad Nottingham.

When asked to define his leadership style, Brad said, “I work for them; not the other way around. My job is to empower them to do their best work and help them grow both professionally and personally.”

Today, we’re covering 5 key tips to help you build reliable, compliant access control systems in this rapidly growing industry.
Tip #1: Understand the Regulatory Landscape: Security planning should start early in the project lifecycle. Dealers who work closely with operators, architects, and compliance consultants can ensure the access control system is aligned with regulatory expectations from the beginning.

Each week, we’ll be shining the spotlight on a different member of the team and this week, we’d like to introduce our Vice President of Sales, Dallan Labrum.

When asked to define his leadership style in a word loinDallan said, “People; Strategy moves on spreadsheets, but growth moves through people. When we lead with people first, our team, our partners, and our customers, we build trust and value at scale, and trust and value are what turn effort into results.”

When we asked his team, they had a lot to say about how genuine, motivational, and dependable Dallan is. “He’s always making sure you’re taken care of and happy, and he’ll drop whatever he’s doing to support you,” says a member of his team.

The department’s camaraderie is palpable, even from a distance, and a testament to Dallan and his leadership. Thanks, Dallan, for all you do!
