😂 I’m laughing about this one…
One of my clients reached into the oven and burned her arm (ouch 😬), and while tending to it she suddenly realized…. wait a second… I have BICEPS?!

And honestly, I love moments like this. When you see yourself every single day, it’s so easy to miss the progress you’re making. Then one random moment stops you in your tracks and you realize—dang… I’ve got some guns now. 💪

Progress isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes it sneaks up on you in the most unexpected (and kind of hilarious) ways.

Haylee came to me saying, “I’m so tired of feeling miserable after I eat.”
Every meal left her feeling bloated and uncomfortable. She started eating less and less just to avoid the pain. But deep down, she knew something wasn’t right 🤔 food shouldn’t feel like the enemy.

The hardest part? She started to believe this was just her “normal”, something she would have to just deal with.

But after I dug deeper, using clues from her bloodwork, asking the right questions and getting true facts, she started to realize that her body wasn’t broken 👉 it just needed a process to help it reset, guidance and an understanding of what foods that actually worked and how to manage the process.

Now she can eat without fear.

Her stomach feels calm and she has more energy than she has had in years. "It feels like I finally got me back.”

Stories like hers remind me why I do this work. Food should fuel your life, not steal joy from it. 💛
