Lion Heart Health & Wellness

Lion Heart Health & Wellness Our mission is to build a community of diverse adaptive people who want to build upon their triumphs and the triumphs of those around them.

Lion Heart Health and Wellness center is born from the idea of making the world a better place. We are a wellness center focusing on a core principle: lifting the lives of those living adaptive through a healthy lifestyle. At Lion Heart, people though life's great battle, who have experienced adversity will now have an opportunity to rise and see their lives moving forward to a happier state. Our team is dedicated and focused on creating an ever evolving wellness routine to introduce into the lives of those living adaptive. We have an environment where those living adaptive can lift others with similar feats to overcome. At the end of the day, we want to instill at least one thing: hope. For the children living adaptive, there is a program available. Along with the nutrition information and access to the support group meetings, the fitness regimen is two classes a week (Wednesday and Saturday). These will be activities like soccer, whiffle ball, basketball, and other active classes. Along with the adult membership, there is an addition of two dependents if necessary.
