You know when you have something important coming up… and your skin decides to break out? 😅
Literally the day before my wedding I woke up with a huge breakout on my back… and I never get back acne.
After getting married in August, my skin shifted again — at first it was just texture, then it turned into cystic jawline acne. And honestly? I panicked.
As an esthetician, I feel this pressure to always have “perfect skin”… but my skin was not cooperating.
I had the products. The knowledge. The supplements.
And nothing was working.
So I stopped chasing another product and did what I always tell my clients to do: a mini life audit.

• under eating all day → big dinner at night
• lots of sugar
• high stress + negative inner dialogue
• rushing meals / eating on the go
• touching + picking subconsciously
• not prioritizing movement
And that’s the part no one wants to hear:
no product can outwork your lifestyle.
