This post feels so vulnerable & uncomfortable to share…

I don’t love looking at old photos of myself because I barely recognize that girl. But I’m sharing this because I want you to know: healing is possible.

Back in 2018, I was so sick. Constantly bloated, losing hair, gained weight, had irregular periods, anxiety, depression, and acne that wouldn’t go away. I even had Lyme disease and didn’t know it.

My habits didn’t help: late nights, binge drinking on weekends, sugary coffees, skipping meals, eating processed food, living in a moldy home and overexercising. I thought I was being “healthy,” but my body was begging for rest and nourishment.

When I was diagnosed with PCOS, I was told it couldn’t be reversed just managed through medication. I was put on birth control and metformin. But things only got worse overtime.

I eventually stopped both and decided to heal naturally. I met with an incredible woman in my neighborhood who had healed her stage 4 breast cancer holistically. I was so inspired so I asked for her guidance. She spent an entire day with me, teaching me how to truly support and heal my body from a root cause approach.

Once I focused on reducing inflammation, balancing my hormones, healing my gut + liver, managing stress, and supporting my body with real food… I healed.

I’m still healing from Lyme, but I’m learning to listen to my body and trust the process!

If you’re struggling, please know your body isn’t broken. It’s protecting you. Give it love, grace, and patience. You can heal too 🤍

she really asked me, “why are you allowed to pick and I can’t..”

and honestly, it’s such a fair question. The truth is, good extractions don’t damage the skin. They’re controlled, sterile, and followed by care that supports healing.

picking, though? that’s what leads to scarring, inflammation and a whole lot of hyperpigmentation.

This is your sign to send your teenagers to an esthetician 🤍

If you’ve ever been gaslit by a “clean girl” serum this one’s for you.

There’s a difference between skincare that looks good on your shelf and skincare that actually supports your skin.
Trendy doesn’t always mean effective, and “non-toxic” doesn’t mean well-formulated.

Half the industry sells aesthetics over results (and honestly, we’ve all been there.)

If your skin barrier’s still recovering from the last TikTok miracle, welcome to the betrayal list!!! Add yours 👇

Instead of popping (and making it worse), follow this guide and watch your breakouts heal so quickly:

- Start with ice to reduce swelling
- Spot treat with sulfur or benzoyl peroxide
- Try high frequency for healing support
- Cover with a pimple patch for protection

And remember…hands off!

Picking almost always leads to more inflammation and scarring. 🙅🏻‍♀️

Healthy skin isn’t about one magic product or treatment…it’s about balance ⚖️

🤍 Think of it as a trifecta: in-clinic treatments, consistent home care, and small lifestyle shifts.

When all three work together, that’s when skin really transforms.

Which corner of the trifecta do you feel most confident in right now?

Did you know your hormones change every single week of your cycle (and your skin feels it first?)

More and more, I’m seeing clients who are breaking out for over half of their cycle — only getting to enjoy clear, happy skin for about a week or so each month.
That’s not just frustrating… it’s a sign your body is asking for balance.

Cycle syncing is more than a trend. It’s a science-backed way to support your body and your skin by syncing your food, lifestyle, and skincare with your hormones.

Here’s why it works:

🌿 Balances hormones naturally
🌿 Reduces inflammation + bloating
🌿 Helps prevent hormonal acne
🌿 Supports clear, glowing skin all month long

From the foods you eat to the way you care for your skin, syncing your lifestyle with your cycle can do so much more than reduce breakouts — it helps support gut health, lower inflammation, and reduce stress from the inside out. 💛

If you’re not quite sure when you ovulate or where you are in your cycle, here are a few of my favorite tools to help you track and connect with your body:
🔸 Natural Cycles
🔸 Mira Fertility Tracker
🔸 Clearblue Ovulation Test Strips

These tools take out the guesswork and give you actual insights.

And remember — a cycle that’s regular and relatively symptom-free is a sign that your body is in balance. A missed period, intense PMS, or chronic breakouts are all signs your body might be asking for more support
