Have you ever thought about volunteering with the elderly populations or local elderly veterans? Ashby Hospice is looking for hospice volunteers to serve this population. Hospice is such a special service to help those in their last moments of life to pass peacefully and with dignity surrounded by their loved ones. Volunteers can help to support those patients and families by visiting, providing companionship, helping with household duties, and so on. Unfortunately some hospice patients have no family and volunteers can provide even more needed companionship for those individuals.
