Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage, dedication, and sacrifice. If you’ve ever worked with Tara, this recognition comes as no surprise. She’s the kind of leader who shows up—every single day—for her team. She listens, supports, guides, and never asks more of us than she’s willing to give herself. Her heart for this work and for the people doing it is unmatched.

Tara leads with purpose and compassion, always putting patients and staff first. She makes tough days a little easier and good days even better.
