Meaningful General Membership Meeting today at Jennifer Britanisky’s home with presenter, Christi Brown, from Authentic Leadership Coaching LLC . Rev. Brown spoke with the group today about self-care as often spouses of physicians are working and supporting in all areas of life and tend to forget to take care of themselves! She provided great tips for everyone.
