Dresher studio announcements:

1. Easter classes cancelled, enjoy some family downtime!

2. Hyrox workout this Thursday so lookout for that and signup soon as theirs limited spots!

3. Challenge party/social this Thursday 4/9 after class in studio. Snacks and drinks will be provided but also bring any that you want/can. Games will be available to so come have some fun celebrate the challengers and hang with the coolest people around… you all!!

The first challenge of 2026 is over with and everyone did a great job. With crushing daily challenges and pushing to form better habits and push your limits, it really showed in the results. Also congrats to our trio of ladies (Jess, Alicia and Alison) for making it to 500! Way to go and we’re super excited and proud!
